Does anyone know a good place to get a summary of best practices in developing players in a franchise ie Elite prospects - do stats matter, does ice time matter - who should you pair them with etc?
Also - do stats help NHL players develop, i feel like in past years I’ll have someone lead the league in goals and he’ll stay as a top 6 forward.
