I named my player at the beginning of creation. I loaded in the park and his whole face got changed and name got removed. I can't rename him either SMH this is a lil annyoing. Now I have no name on the back of my jersey this **** is gay.

Try making a new my career and editing it there...cuz for some reason you can't edit your name

Got the Same bug. Name deleted and facescan resetted. All on the Switch. Damm

I have the same problem, but also I keep getting that I cannot connect to the 2k servers! I had this issue all night and it’s still happening now. I contacted 2K support but had no luck.
Does anybody know a fix?
I can’t even play MyCareer due to the server issue

Its the workarround. Create a New Player use the same Name. After you be able to Quit go back load your player and Works. Helped me on the Switch too
