Has the patch fixed sim stats for QB running?

Going through a season and seeing the most rush attempts by a QB was 12 really annoys me. Hoping this patch has fixed that if someone can confirm?

Before you trade it in let me know how much they are offering. I know some people who would love to get this year's Madden at a discount without having to go through GameStop or any other store like it. Sorry this year's game disappointed you. 2k19 looks great so far though, and basketball season is right around the corner.
