Bought Anniversary Edition - standard edition preloaded?

Yo guys,

I just pre-ordered the anniversary edition from the Microsoft store and the game automatically started to pre download. It's finished the preload and it's showing Giannis and taking me to the standard edition saying it's available on the 11th.

WTF? Anyone else had this?

Same thing happened to me I think we need to call Microsoft and find out what's going on

I think the anniversary edition is probably a couple hundred MBs if that.

I have a separate file that is 100MB

On the subreddit they say you’re fine. It says the same thing for me too. I went to my purchase history through my Xbox and it shows my purchase with it saying the release date 9/7. When you click on the “what’s in this bundle” it shows the standard edition

Only a few hours until release and this is happening with me as well...contacted MS and they told me to wait until midnight or to try to re-install the game.

I told them I'm not going to download that mammoth of a file (55 GBs) again. I already let them know that I'll want a refund in case I can't play come midnight.

That's what happens when we're idiot enough to pay 100 bucks for a game. Good gosh...

ps.: I should've bought it for PS4 Pro...
