"Realistic" way to trade for Lamar Jackson (to ATL)

I'm a huge fan of scrambling QBs, and it is actually the main reason why I'm a Falcons fan today (#7!). I know this is far-fetched and will never be realistic per se, but I was wondering what scenario you guys can think of for Atlanta to acquire Lamar Jackson. I like having some kind of storyline or rationale in the back of my mind when playing CFM.

Should I trade Matt Ryan to a certain team for draft picks and package those draft picks for Lamar Jackson? The storyline in my head could be that Matt Ryan posted something inappropriate online or something (very unrealistic, I know) or maybe didn't approve of something related to Atlanta or the ownership, resulting in him getting traded? Or perhaps I could simply trade for Lamar Jackson (overpay for him) and sit Ryan on my bench for the rest of the season as if he was "injured". And just trade him after this season is done? Just looking for some ideas here!

Why not just trade Matt Ryan straight up for Lamar Jackson. Storyline could be that the Falcons again disappoint in the playoffs and decide to move on. Ravens looking to replace Flacco anyways and didn't trust Lamar Jackson.

Solid idea, but I'm not sure this would make any financial sense for the Ravens to keep both Flacco and Ryan on the roster.

That's a good idea, but I'm not sure what I'd do with Matt Ryan. Would I just bench him and make a story up in my head that Lamar Jackson simply outplayed him in the preseason?

Trade Ryan to a team that needs a quarterback. Comparable value is Alex Smith who was traded for a cb and a 3rd round pick. Do this this before you start a franchise so you don't have cap penalties.

So do it right after I start up my franchise? Or should I edit the roster before starting a new CFM?
