Icon1 Fastest Method to 99 Overall in NBA 2K19
Hoping this post will be helpful as you begin your grind in 2K19 in a few days.

I found this video on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQfoftLjVag) where the user Solo QueFine received a cap upgrade after just one game.

He scored 70 points on 5 minutes quarters, which is insane in itself, but he highlights how Teammate Grade isn't important this year and you get tons of MyPoints for doing post moves. He finished with 28,000 MyPoints and almost unlocked a silver post badge after the game.

Scaling this method to 12 minute quarters on HOF should make the grind much less painful this year.
