Annoying banner bar

Sorry if this has already been covered, but has anyone encountered the permanent team color banner to the right of the score? This has happened to me 3x, all after homeruns. Instead of showing distance it just a long rectangular box. Stays the rest of the game and keeps the count vs pitcher and other stats hidden. I'm using theme1. Any workaround?
A friend of mine said it happened to him in 2017, with homers and relievers but I never had that problem. Any help appreciate.

If you use fast play on presentation it happens when you hit a home rub then it goes off after another homerun is hit

This was happening like 3 years ago...still not fixed. This is the "quality" we all pay top dollar for every year because there's no other option.
