Can't pinch run since patch?

I was the halos today against the Rangers. Was down 6-5 in the eighth. Had bases loaded. Martin Maldonado on third. He's very slow so I tried to pinch run. Went to substitution screen. Highlighted Maldonado. Choose to pinch run with Kaleb Cowart. It asked me if I was sure. I clicked yes. Goes back to game. Maldonado still on third. Tried it three more times. Nothing. Even tried pinch running with backup catcher. No dice. Now we can't pinch run???

Just tried it in my Angels franchise. Worked without issue.

Have never had an issue so far. Maybe just an unlucky glitch

yeah no issue here I was able to pinch Run Pearce in late in a game

Same here. Just pinch ran for my catcher at 2B in the 8th inning.

Had this happen before the patch, has nothing to do with that. It’s actually the third or fourth year of the issue. Can’t believe it’s still there. I audibly said “STILL???” when it happened. Thank goodness it’s fairly rare.

just to be clear here, for the people that said it worked for them.

was it the same issue as the OP mentioned? trying to pinch run for a guy on 3rd.

if this is a problem and is able to be reproduced with trying to pinch run guys who are on 3rd then that would be considered a bug.

Sounds like a bug, maybe tied to pinch running on third. I pinch ran on first last night with no issue.
