Gold non-sellable player

What can I do with a player who's a Gold that I got in a pack and can't sell? I don't want this player and I can't sell him or exchange him. Can someone help me? I'd like to replace this guy.

Quick sell... It's 100 stubs but it's better than nothing

Gold player quick sell is 1,000 Stubs. Silver is 100.

Either quick sell for 1000 stubs or keep him to feed into an exchange mission.

Yeah from the looks of the program missions you will need a LOT of fodder to exchange to complete certain missions.
