I'm going to test zone on this years game tonight.....bounced back and forth last year

Either hitting mechanic is fine I guess. You just seemed SO adamant about ZONE & almost defending ZONE in years past that I thought you may had found a flaw in it?

TNK - TESTING
Exhibition Game

Boston Red Sox @ Minnesota Twins
Pitching Matchup - Chris Sale vs Jose Berrios

* Game was played using ZONE HITTING

Chris Sale was dominant and Jose Berrios settled down after allowing a solo HR to Devers in the 2nd inning as the game was tied 1-1 entering the 7th inning before the Red Sox exploded for 5 runs in the top of the 7th on RBI singles by Pedroia and Vazquez making it 3-1 and Jackie Bradley crushed a 3-run HR to give Boston a 6-1 lead. The Twins had a pair of men on for Miguel Sano with two outs in the bottom of the 8th but Carson Smith would get Sano to ground out to end the threat. Mookie Betts made it 7-1 with a RBI double in the top of the 9th and Craig Kimbrel would close it out as the Red Sox win 7-1.

* Game played great, happy with sliders initially but will need to play a handful of games with different teams and caliber of pitchers to have a good read on what needs to be adjusted

* Will consider moving to HOF pitching if it seems to easy, hard to tell if it was just a great performance by Sale or not

* Played this game with ZONE hitting and was very pleased

* Would like some people to also play some test games and provide results & recommendations

* Would like peoples feedback on things like runner speed, fielder speed, throw speeds from infield and outfield, etc
