Will be New to DD - Who Will Show the Ropes?

I am caving, and going to buy TS 18' and while I am against MUT, FUT, MyTeam - I've heard that DD is pretty fair to those who play, and that it is far-less pay-to-win. My PSN is RadarRider, would anyone be will to chat-me-up and show me the ropes for DD?

I've mostly ignored DD the past years, but also what to get more into it now. I feel overwhelmed with all the programs and things to do. Any recommended YouTube vids that explain what is going on? I'd also appreciate the help and tips.
