Does anyone know if the new game will still have the 4k, hfr, enhanced visuals, and HDR mode on it or will it automatically adjust to your TV type like the newer games do. I know last year's game had options due to it released before the ps4 pro so was wondering if this one would be different. Just wondering if anyone has heard anything. Thanks in advance.

What I want to know is if you play a PS4 Pro on a 1080p tv, can you use super sampling in the system options and high framerate mode in the game at the same time and maintain 60fps, or if the super sampling will override high framerate mode.

I just purchased a PS4 Pro last week. I have supersampling enabled, but for MLB 17 I still had to go into the options menu and manually select high frame rate. This has been the case for some other games I tested out on it. I’m running on a 1080p tv as well.

Yeah, same here, I bought a Pro last week as well. I'm aware of the settings, just didn't know if high frame rate is still 60fps with super sampling on, because it says that it can affect frame rates in certain games.

Got an answer from Millennium during the stream today that the PS Pro visual options are still in the game, but they will be named differently. Chat's busy so I don't want to pester them too much by asking what they are called now.

But there ya go - the options are still there.

It has these 3 modes, however they are called fast, balanced, sharp ...... aka... 1080, 1440, and 2160
