Re: Gamespot:First Look Gameplay And New Features

Looks like the generic presentation packages got a visual facelift along with the MLB Network one getting updated (from the IGN video). Looks sharp.

Was just about to post about that. Def much needed. Kind of wonder if the generic broadcast presentations give us different commentary teams. Just a thought...........

The gamespot video to me was far superior to the IGN. Like last year, i don't care about your Dbacks...IGN host, just talk about the game. Definitely more detail mentioned from the GS video.

The re doing of the tag animation system was great to hear. That was one of the things the series definitely needed.

I haven't bought the game since '15. What year did the framerate get so smooth?

Ramone also mentions in this video that they are going to put up another video about a feature they added that people have been asking for, for years apparently. Curious what it could be? Roster import feature? Player import into franchise mode feature? Any guesses?

Last year was ultra smooth on the Pro. And, just from what I'm seeing in these two videos it looks even better on Pro because the cutscenes all look to be 60 FPS or very close as well.

I did hear about it not being as smooth last year on the regular PS4, though.
