Here is how to unlock Joe rogan

Go play as GSP in knockout mode and win by doing the spinning side kick to the body that unlocked him for me. As opponent i chose Mike Pyle but i dont think oppenent matters. I did a sudden death knockout match.

I just had him unlocked i didnt even know he was a locked character so that is really weird.

Can confirm this works. I had two rounds and played Boetsch so it doesn't count.

You'll hear Joe Roan's "I LOVE IT!!" when the decision is called to confirm you've done it.

spinning body kick KO with gsp in knockout mode do sudden death. once it hits the post fight menu you should hear rogan shout " I LOVE IT"
