Absolutely no TKO’s in this game

I challenge the forum community to get a true TKO in this game either on play now or practice for two days straight every single win by strikes lead to a straight knock out...Opponents hit the floor and almost never cradle up it just goes directly to the win cut scene.. i’ve been trying to get the finish the fight submissions however there is no way at least since release to get a true TKO follow up win?
GPD ....?????? Or am I just doing something wrong?

GPD has ideas he's implementing in an upcoming patch to help address this. "Beating on a lifeless opponent" politics are the reason the non defendable follow up strikes from UFC 2 are gone. Yes it sucks, cross your fingers the pending resolve is satisfactory.

Beating on a lifeless opponent wouldn't be an issue if, on knockdowns, player could defend self from onslaught of strikes. Finish the fight mode should offer downed opponent opportunity to survive rather than just filling a meter. Let dropped opponent BLOCK and USE HEAD MOVEMENT to try to survive.

For true KOs the opponent will not recover from, players should have the option/window to deliver one big shot -- like Henderson's flying elbow on Bisping, Rampage strikes on Wanderlei or Ngannuo hammerfist on Reem.

Well something sure needs to be done; as of now, it's too Mortal Kombat like in the way you just kill your guy. Very unrealistic.

I am more insinuating on the finish the fight submissions they say are included in the game however it’s never an option ... every fighter just gets knocked out flush that’s it!!
You’re never given an opportunity to strike or sub and this argument is really killing the MMA experience!

It can feel kinda rare I guess but Finish The Fight submissions are 100% in and me and my friend have had the option to use them multiple times in a single play session.

Kind of a reply to the main topic here too but TKO's are 100% in as well and me and my friend kept getting the Finish the Fight sequence where you have to flick the stick so maybe OP you're just unlucky? I'll see if I can find videos we've saved of them but most of the saved stuff I have is knockouts.

My point is TKO‘s are more common in MMA do to opponents getting rocked on the ground but this game seems to have more called flush knockouts then anything else, when it should be the other way around!

I spent the past two days with a friend trying to replicate the finish the fight submission scenario to no avail, I would strike him with haymaker after haymaker round house after roundhouse to only have a jab knock him out flush?
None of the strikes would have him in a compromise situation, Just would result in the stunned knockdown animation in which you can’t capitalize, and I’m not looking just to hammer him out I’m only trying to finish him with a sub???

On back mount you can TKO your opponent if he's just blocking
