NBA 2k18 Sim league XBOX1 for Euro players

Starting a new league for sim and just competitive players from Europe. So far have a couple of my friends ready to go.

Hall of fame sliders, 12 min quarters, 2/3 season lenght, real roster, trades and signings enabled. Would also look to hand out incentives for activity and performance such as player upgrades.

I'm flexible on gameplay rules, but would like something that would limit the cheese without compromising the integrity of competition. Just looking for variety on offense and not players who would abuse gameplay flaws.

Would also need Group Me or WhatsApp for chat and setting up games, they're both free on apple and Google stores.
