I would expect a completely bare bones franchise mode, decent My Team and MyCareer modes. I wouldn’t expect sales to be great at all, even at a lower cost to Madden. So exactly what NBA Live turned out to be this year pretty much.

I would expect that they would be sued out of business for violating the exclusive contract rights of EA Sports.

I expect it would be at least a year or two in development, otherwise it would take 2 or 3 years to really work out the kinks.

After that point, I don't expect I'd ever buy Madden ever again.

.. if all they did was port rosters into 2k5, I'd buy it.

In my opinion, 2K sports has always handled sporting games well. I wish they would handle NFL games. Madden just seems to put the bare minimum effort. 2K is always so much more detailed. Especially with their stats.
