Is it possible to create/edit prospects in Online Dynasty?

I see things like "Dynasty Editor" but I always thought it was a PC thing til looking around on here recently.

Yes, in the preseason, as soon as you go to recruiting, it gives you the option to create recruits then.

I was referring to Online Dynasty.
