WWE Royal Rumble 1/28/18

Universal Championship
Brock Lesnar (c) (with Paul Heyman) vs. Braun Strowman vs. Kane

WWE Championship Handicap Match
AJ Styles (c) vs. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens

Raw Tag Team Championship
Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan (c) vs. Cesaro and Sheamus

Smackdown Tag Team Championship
The Usos (Jey and Jimmy Uso) (c) vs. Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin

Mens 30 Man Royal Rumble

Womens Royal Rumble

Cruiserweight 6 Man Tag (preshow)
Kalisto, Lince Dorado, and Gran Metalik vs. TJP, Gentleman Jack Gallagher, and Drew Gulak

United States Championship (preshow)
Bobby Roode (c) vs. TBD

Tag Team Match (preshow)
Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson vs. The Revival (Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder)

My early picks for rumble winners are Asuka and Nakamura. Nakamura-AJ for WWE title at WM?!? And Asuka basically has to win this match or her streak is over.

They haven't counted battle royals as part of her streak.

Not sure I wanna see Asuka lose to Alexa at WM to build heeeet tho. That would be the negative of her winning the RR.

Re: WWE Royal Rumble 1/28/18

In terms of people wondering about number of entrants in womens rumble, I think 30 would be fine.

Raw:
Alicia,Asuka,Bayley,Dana,Mandy,Mickie,Nia,Paige,Sa sha,Sonya

SD:
Becky,Carmella,Lana,Liv,Naomi,Natalya,Nikki,Ruby,S arah,Tamina

That's 20 right there.

Of the remaining 10, I'd say:
2 from NXT(not a main roster promotion, just a Rumble appearance)
2-3 celebs(Rousey for sure, and 1-2 others)
Multiple returning superstars(names like Trish,Lita,Eve,Brie,Beth,Kelly,Alundra,Jacqueline, and so on)
Steph probably enters also

So there's more than enough to fill a 30 women rumble. 20 alone from main roster, and remaining 10 will be no issue to fill. Just from returning superstars alone they could get enough, but I think celebs/nxt also would help with this.

Rousey entering at No. 30 and winning the Rumble would be something. Could see WWE going this route for the media attention.

Except it doesn't fit in with their plans...

Re: WWE Royal Rumble 1/28/18

I got Becky winning the Women's Rumble and facing Charlotte at Wrestlemania.

I got Cena winning the men's and either facing Lesnar and Reigns or Styles and Nakamura in a triple threat match.
