This past offseason saw the Chicago Bulls finally embrace the dreaded rebuild. They finally traded away star player Jimmy Butler but managed to get Kris Dunn, Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen in return. The rebuild process in Chicago has finally gotten under way.

It is sad to see the Bulls undo and rotate cycle after cycle without being able to have the same success of the era of Jordan. That 2011 team with Rose, Deng, Noah and later Butler was a team to be champion. Too bad D-Rose's bruises had gotten into him. No doubt he is one of my favorites. Good luck with this rebuild and that this new cycle led by the Finnish unicorn will guarantee a new hope.
