No. Especially if it will take resources away from areas that need a lot of work.

Honestly? Not really. Have had the game for months and haven’t been inclined to play it. I watched Chris Smoove’s walkthrough and really, the only thing I liked about it was Dan Marino’s guest appearance as a mentor. Good concept, I just didn’t like the execution.

I’d much rather prefer a less-linear experience, like the Superstar Mode from days of yore. I get it, it wasn’t too popular, but at least have that option like 2K does with MyCareer.

My thoughts exactly. If it takes any sort of recourse away from CFM, then absolutely not.

I'll play it when it's there - because it will be there, Tiburon didn't invest multiple years of R&D to build a one-off story mode for one Madden game - but I don't really have a strong opinion if for whatever reason it got axed.

I don't think it's going anywhere because of the 4 years already invested.

I would hope from this point going forward, if it stays, resources spent are at a minimal.
