I just finished my third year with a franchise and would like to change teams. Does anyone know where does the game give me the option to change teams?

I don't believe it's possible to change teams within an existing single team control franchise mode.

That sucks because there's a contract status of 3 of 3 years left. This sucks

at the end of your third year you are offered contracts with other teams based on how you did with your previous team. sometimes a new contract by the same team will be offered.

Don't you have to have GM contracts turned on at the beginning of your franchise, though?
