Chew Clock or Hurry Up issue

Does anyone else have the issue of either "Chew Clock" or "Hurry Up" disappearing in relevant situations. I need to be in no huddle and I only have the chew clock option and vice versa.

Haven't seen this... Whichever option you choose never works on the 1st play after you choose it though which is crazy. Chew Clock also doesn't work on 4th downs.
