MyLeague - How to progress my players? Or at least stop them from regressing?

Hoping some of you MyLeague vets can help me out here. I need some tips to progress my players. I’m using the Knicks and almost all of my players between the ages of 19-26 have regressed significantly in only a year and a half. Tim Hardaway Jr regressed 5 Ovr points over this time, Kristaps dropped 2, Kanter dropped 4, etc. It’s very dissapointing. I’m giving them plenty of minutes and have training intensity set to very high. I’m playing on 5 minute quarters and 14 game seasons.

Happy to provide any other info if it would help. I noticed my training facilities are somehow rated an F. Any way to change this? I haven’t relocated the team.

Thanks!

5 min quarters ? And a 14 game season ? That’s probably it right there lol
With the training tho. Usually I’ll put my 5 starters set to low intensity and all my bench players set to medium. Then for the team training I’ll set it to medium, training before back to backs and rest after back to backs. I️ play MyGm I️ don’t know if that’s any different. 12 min Q’s and full seasons. I’m 4 seasons in with the mavs and Dennis Smith JR is a 90 overall and Harrison Barnes is an 84, Yogi Ferrell is a 79.
