SHA vs PPA

What do PPA (PowerPlay goals against) and SHA(Shorthanded goals against) statistic smean?
Which is their difference?

Thanks
PPA means how many goals your team gives up while short handed.

SHA means how many goals your team gives up while on the power play.

if your looking at player stats.. its power play assists and short handed assists
