Can I sell my signature player after I get the checklist goal?

Will the goal "collect a signature series player" still be checked after I sell my signature melo? or do I have to keep him?

The historic logo stayed checked after they are sold, so imagine it'll be the same. Just send him to your auction list and see what happens, as that essentially removes him from your collection.

Yeah it works fine, sold him and it is still checked.
