Any way to unlock a custom team logo this year?

I unlocked custom uniforms and a custom court pretty easily, but I still have not unlocked the ability to use a custom team logo.

Is that feature still in the game this year?

Definitely is. Not sure if it was separate from the other team stuff or what, but I'm using a custom logo.
