Worst MyTeam ever

After hours of 2ku on the demo, I had really high hopes but once again I was duped. MyTeam is completely scripted. They throw so many bad animations at you to keep your opponent close. Just let bad players take an L but nope greedy 2k needs their money so they keep it competitive. AD hitting fadeaway buzzer beater 3s its ridiculous. Dell curry, 3pt specialist, cant hit a wide open good release 3 if his life depended on it. Your guys have grease on their had, can barely hang onto the ball. You call a PnR and the roller sits there setting a screen well after you used it and doesnt roll in with an open lane or he does and then cuts to the perimeter even when WIDE OPEN AT THE RIM. I get these cheesy block animations from scrubs when it's clearly a foul. Guys walking in mud. Your opponent will climb over your back and over 3 guys for a board. Guys literally running through people like theyre invisible. The 3rd quarter specifically is so scripted and chaotic. Not to mention how many 75-80% FTs can one person miss? Greedy *** 2k should be completely ****ing ashamed of themselves. I guess I have to stop playing MyTeam, cuz the game isn't too bad outside of that. I just cant stand them bailing out crappy players with cheesy **** just so they keep paying and playing.

I have to agree with this.

I have 2 sets of all stars to rotate and I'm getting destroyed by terrible teams

Currently, I've lost to the Kings about 40 times. It doesn't matter what I do, how careful I am, or how big a lead I have... They begin blocking everything and stealing everything and hitting three-pointers from everywhere

I don't know about scripting.

I do knowthat inone of my games I was up 25, and then I got down by 1, only to win at the last shot. I have played 60 games at PNO and I haven't witnessed anything similar. Plus my opponent hadn't unlockedthe AH, so he was still with the Packs team.

However it IS the worst myteam.

Punishing the players that want to play few games.Last year I know that in order to get promoted for example I needed 7 wins in 12 games. I could play that 12 games over the course of 2 weeks.No harm done. Now you just cant do that

You don't even know what win/loss ration you need

2k is seriouslysending people away from the mode

Agree with the worst MyTeam ever.

Devs need to change Super Max rounds to 7 days cycles, so people can enjoy the mode on the weekend.

Other than that, pro difficulty is straight up terrible.

Would be a little patch to fix this, if 2K listens to the community they can still turn this around.

As I said, I can't understand how they manage to bring out a great game from the gameplay point of view, and then manage to f*** up a mode that bad.

The struggle is real guys, I don't play online much, if ever, because I don't want to deal with the cheesing on top of the scripted events/animations that online players deal with, but even playing against the computer on pro has been a fight to the death against teams I should be beating up on with very little effort.

The first week it was Miami, I must've played those goons about 15 times before I finally beat them, this week the Suns and the Kings are giving me fits. Guys like Eric Bledsoe are 3 pt sharpshooters. The games are always super close, but they're close in ways that make you super frustrated, my players CANNOT hang onto the ball to save their life, they fumble passes like a bunch of uncoordinated children, anytime an opposing player makes it into the lane and attempts a layup or a dunk, it is a practical certainty that one of my teams CPU controlled players will foul them in the act of shooting and they will ALWAYS finish.

I've never seen so may bum's make super contested layups in my life, much less while being fouled. Suddenly my team cannot grab a rebound to save their life, even when they're told to crash glass AND using a boost. I've seen Josh Jackson grab a rebound over four of my guys and then finish at the rim despite three people contesting his layup.

I've been chased down on the break with Kyrie Irving by PF's and C's too many times to count. I've never been this frustrated with MyTeam this quickly since I started playing this mode years ago. It's bothersome to know that in reality, I'm not in control of whether or not I win or lose a game, no matter how well I'm playing it.

I could not agree more.

I am stripped of the ball too many times to count, far greater than any game I've ever watched. And this is on 5 minute quarters, I believe. It's the final challenge against the Kings

I 100% agree that this is the worst myteam ever and it is really good to see so many people like the budget ballers and others posting videos saying there are legitimate issues. I agree with all of them and it is the only reason I hope something changes. Who is testing this stuff by the way? You should be FIRED!

Until then I am playing other games, logging in once a week and doing the weekly challenge for a token and then going back to another game. Honestly they will probably just disappoint with the weekly challenge reward too but I guess I should try to do it.

There is no real reason weekly challenges can't just sit on week 1 for all people who haven't done it either allowing them to go to week 2 after that but not further than the current week. Why make them lose it all together just because they got the game for a Christmas present versus us who got it at release? Come on 2k do something for the players and quit being the dumbest game company I have ever experienced in 25 years of gaming.
