Manual Line Changes???

I can't do it, no menu will pop up no matter what I push in game....Anybody else have this issue. Am I missing something? All my settings are on for manual line changes in my franchise(I believe). Have played NHL for years. Did I miss a memo? lol
Playing on the PS4

On the PS4 I only play online but the controls for this haven't changed. Square button changes Defense and Circle button changes Offense.

Well, this is frustrating. I have tried every setting and game play level imaginable and still cannot do a manual line change. It will automatically cycle through my lines but I canot for the life of me try to match lines or swap them to what I want.

Sigh, even tried the old uninstall, reinstall trick. No difference. I give up. Super frustrating!

If I remember right, there's a "Manual Change, Auto and None" setting someplace. I can't remember exactly where it is in the game, but I want to say I think it's in the game setup menu before you start the actual play.

Are you positive in the game settings menu that you have line changes set to manual? That is the only thing I can thing of that could be set wrong.

100 percent I have checked all spots. Both in the main menu and in the one right before the game (where you edit lines etc) and I cannot do it manually. It just seems to automatically rotate through my lines with my 4th line rarely out there. Sometimes I would put that line out there to try and get something going, but can't seem to anymore.
