I'm sure there are other sites out there currently offering discounts on the PC version of FIFA 18 but GreenManGaming appears to be an easy transaction for FIFA 18 if you live in North America.

Never had problems with them , they are legit. In any case always pay with PayPal just in case.

I have bought 5 or so games from them over the last 2 years or so. Never had any problems with them.

Edit: In fact I got Fifa 18 from them this year because it was 15% off and they gave a weekend coupon for 10% off, so I pre-ordered for 25% off, was pretty happy with that deal!
