Skipping MyCareer Cutscene's

Could there please be a button to skip the cutscene's in mycareer after they have been shown once?

I think they added one later in last years game.

I am trying some different positions and archetypes before I commit to a career, but the cutscenes are real timewasters.

The fact that they dont give us the ability to skip them from the get go is really weird.
Most of them are forced and cringeworthy

Agreed. I skipped 2K completely this year because I play MyCareer 99% of the time. When I played The Prelude, it was awful, IMO. I hate that Asian chick; she's so obnoxious. 2K17 had one of the better, more realistic MCs throughout the series; it's really hit or miss with them, I think.

And they'll probably add a patch here in a few weeks like they did last year, so hang in there.

[i] alright alright allllriiiiiiiight [i]

It could be related to all the product placement going on. If so, they will not make them skippable any time soon.

Haven't they said that they let you skip them once you've completed the story? Looks like they're adamant about that move

Yeah they'll add it in later on. They want to force you to see it first time around, probably because of the product placement as others have said. Suggest leave your alt build until then.
