Don't know if y'all found out yet but you can get an extra practice session in the team gym if you go to the fresh squeezed stand after you have finished your first 3.

Is that something you unlock during the season? Because I don't see any fresh squeezed stand in my teams practice facility.

You can also get two extra drills if you wait for the team scheduled drills to start from the assistant coach.
