Pre-load times
Just want give head up for everyone who pre-ordered digital from PSN Store

Pre-load time for tonight

12am EST
11pm CST
9pm PST

but my time is CST that mean i pre-load this at 11pm tonight

i already know because i downloaded many games on same time is 11pm CST from PSN Store everytime i pre-order games

which version you buying this : digital or physical ? if it is digital then why not buy physical disc instead digital while you have bad internet speed ?
