Installation Issues

I uninstalled madden by deleting it on my main Playstation screen. However, when I try to re-install it, it goes all the way through the process but when I go back into the game nothing is available and it is all listed as locked and "Installing". I've checked everywhere and nothing is installing at this time. Any ideas on how to fix?
