Player Lock Defense ProAm/Park/TeamUp

I am hoping for a more effective defensive game in 18. Really need to give the defenders more control of the action. For years i have felt like i have been on roller skates. I usually play a big who comes to help when a wing/gaurd drives the lane. Here are some highlight plays. Just want to know what ideas could be implemented to make defending a specialty. FWI i made 2 lockdown defenders and they are better than the other archetypes. But still doesnt feel like i have the control i want. I cant put my finger on it.

Play right stick defense. Best way to recover after getting beat off the dribble. This was popular in 2K17 and sound like it will be even more popular in 2K18 with the way defense is looking like.
