Noob question :) Am I playing vs same division fighters?

I know this is a noob question but still:

When I'm playing in ranked championships and I am division 6, will I be fighting someone in the 6th division also? or is it possible for someone say from the 7th or 8th division to fight me?

Sometimes it seems that I am out of my league, and I consider myself pretty good but every now and then it feels like i am fighting someone who is definitely from a higher division.

In division 6 I've matched up against division 4-8. You can look at your last ten opponents in the game, when you select a particular opponent you can see their division and record.

If you can't figure out how to do this just say so, and I can make a quick video that shows how to do it.

Actually the would be great. You dont have to make a video, I think i'll get it if you just tell me no? Where can I see the division of the guy I fought last? Do i need to look him up with his psn?

In championships hub where it says fight now, division leaderboards, title chase and fight history, select fight history.

There it shows last ten opponents. Select opponent and hit square for view FighterNet profile. That shows division and record, along with other stuff. I don't know what button it is on Xbox, but it says on bottom of screen.

Oh man,

Are you serious right now?

lmao! I always thought the Fight History is just to see the records and the fighters and that about it, didn;t know I can see all the details and the division of the guy I played.

Thanks, Dave, much appreciated!

You can play opponent players to 2 division higher and lower as your division.

Why is that? Isn't it a bit fairer if you are fighting someone with the same game experience? I mean is it really that hard to find players in random divisions? there are millions of UFC 2 player no?

So everytime someone really kicks my *** - more than likely they are from a higher division huh?

On average there are about 10-12K people playing simultaneously including UT and other modes than Ranked players. So no not millions. By far not. Therefore it's quite logic that they made this +2/-2 thing.
