I have been playing conquest but he usually gets up 1 time a game maybe 2 times and it is taking forever. I have 3 hits in like 9 games but had 2 yesterday in 1 game before it counted of course. Is there a better or easier way?

Put Bagwell in the lead off spot, have a rotation of 5 garbage pitchers and just go start a game on rookie get a hit and then quit and repeat. It's inconvenient but much quicker then playing a full game or conquest.
