What happens when EA shuts down servers?

I excited to get back into NCAA and play an online dynasty with some friends but I was curious what will happen when the servers finally shut down. Will there be a way to redirect the game to a private server or will it have to go the way of saving the game file and transferring it to whoever else is in the dynasty?

I'd like to think they'll keep the servers running indefinitely as a gesture of goodwill to their fanbase.

NCAA 12 and 13 are getting shut down on Oct. 24 2017. They are also shutting down Madden 12 and 13, along with NHL, FIFA and Tiger Woods servers for 12 and 13. So I hope we get 1 or 2 more years for NCAA 14.

I just wish their servers worked better for NCAA 14. Half the user vs user games in my OD can't connect. Not just me, the other 11 guys too.

I hope EA will keep the servers open indefinitely until a new college football game ever gets made in the next 10+ years.
But if it happens....
-Offline dynasties will be the only way to go....

-And for sharing annual fan-made community rosters, everyone will have to learnhow to use offline file transfer methods using a PC + usb Flashdrive.
For PS3>>https://forums.operationsports.com/f...g-process.html

For Xbox 360>>2 methods>>https://forums.operationsports.com/f...7&postcount=83

(Note: All offline roster files can be found here>>https://forums.operationsports.com/f...3&postcount=98)
