DD Created Player & Durability Rating

Hi all,

A question relating to a Diamond Dynasty created player:

I created my DD created player (wanted a switch-hitting Catcher)... went through an extensive "feeding" of cards process... he's 99 OVR... all of the player rating categories increased as expected via the card-feeding process. BUT... his Durability Rating number is sitting at only 44 (hasn't moved despite tons of card feeding of high Durability rated players). Btw, I used player cards from all positions, not just catchers for the card-feeding process.

Does DD mode *use* the Durability Rating for players? The thought crossed my mind that maybe it (DUR Rating) doesn't matter in DD mode (especially for non-pitchers). Or, perhaps it's a glitch? OR???

No idea if this would be a factor (can't imagine how it could be) - I'm happy only playing games vs CPU and vs a friend.

Anyone know?

I don't see a reason that dd would use durability rating at all.

He may get injured more than usual, but I don't think durability matters in DD in terms of stamina or energy.

I rarely see my DD player get hurt. Not sure why it didnt go up. But i will say, if you dont have another catcher your roster, he will never get hurt. Players only get hurt if there is someone that can replace them off the bench.
