I just got to September 1st - the guy doing the commentary on the main screen said it's time for rosters to expand and can't wait to see what young players are called up. I call up Bradley Zimmer and put him on my bench and keep getting told that i have 26 guys on my roster and need to make some moves.

Any one else seeing this? Is there a setting i need to change?

Your rosters won't expand until after your minor league teams have finished their seasons/post-seasons. Then, everyone on your 40 man roster will be automatically moved to MLB.
