I have a fully capable 4K/ HDR TV and have been noticing color banding in the sky especially during sunsets and early evening...Any one else noticing this as well. I tried all three of the visuals option settings along with my TV's options but it's still there.

You may have an 8bit panel? You'll notice it more in 8bit

What T.V. do you have? It might be 8-bit panel and also double check the settings if you have any smooth gradation option.
