To answer your question in one sentence: they add a bunch of HoF badges and make him OP.

Thats the only thing this card is lacking along with some potential in athleticism

Yes, he should be in regular packs or St Patrick's packs (if 2k makes some). None on the AH for now, the card has not gone live yet.
