Personality badges in MyLeague/MyGM

So I was wondering. Badges that don't directly affect the gameplay on the court, like All Time Great and Legendary Work Ethic... What effect do they have on the game, and do they have an effect in MyLeague?

I've drafted a few players that have the Legendary Work Ethic badge, and the badge says that they're the hardest worker and so on. But what does it really do? Can I just put them on VH workload 24/7 and not see a drop in stamina or an increase in injuries, will it make them actually better as players quicker?

I honestly wonder if it's worth it picking players with such badges over others in 50/50 situations.
