Use a created player in career mode as existing player help

I created a player then inserted him into career mode, but the problem I'm having I go to edit his gear and bam nothing he where's the Same boots , and there isn't any edit future in my career mode unless I start off from the stock career mode as creating a new player . What's the difference anyway from existing and creating ??

Are you talking about Player Career mode? If so, you need to play a few games and unlock features like new boots, shirt untucked, wrist bands etc.

If you refer to Manager CM, you actually have to purchase the "Edit player" item from the store to edit any player. Once you've bought that you can edit ANY player's gear (not their appearance)

Yeah I think you need to reach level 15 to edit players who are create played but played as an "existing player". I'm doing this same thing now bc of the attribute caps of regular player career mode
