Would the best college teams ever beat the Nets?

I'm thinking 1990 UNLV, 1996 Kentucky, 2001 Duke, 2007 Florida, and 2012 Kentucky could all beat the Nets.

In my opinion no, and especially no to the 96 Kentucky squad.

Not even in OJ's opinion... absolutely not... to all of them.

Serious underestimation of how talented NBA players actually are.

The Untouchables with McCarty, Delk, Walker, and Anderson. One of the most dominant teams ever.

Well I think all these teams could beat my Nets cause we suck and Lopez, Bogdonavic, and maybe Kilpatrick are the only decent players, the rest wouldn't even be able to start on some college basketball teams today such as Kansas and Duke.

The Nets aren't talented at all. Only Lopez and Bogdonavic.

The rest of our players weren't even that good in college such as Kilpatrick at Cincy and Booker at Clemson. They were above average but overrated, and now they suck in the pros, but you say they won't lose to a Top 5 all-time college team just because they're "in the pros" lol.

I assume you meant the college team at the time and not say now? Cause 2010 Kentucky with Wall, Cousins, Bledsoe, Patterson, Liggins, and Daniel Orton present-day would whoop the Nets.

Re: Would the best college teams ever beat the Nets?

I posted this thread because I hate my Nets and think we're one of the worst teams ever all thanks to that idiot Billy King, what a fool, he probably has a GED and no education to make stupid moves like trading away the future for bums in their late 30s.

Yeah really dumb. At least I love Lopez and Bogdonavic. Nobody else on this team though. I like Kilpatrick and Booker to a lesser degree, but I know they are below average players padding fake stats.

The gap is just massive. Every year you've got maybe 2-3 guys from the lottery that can produce with decent production at the NBA level.

Most of these guys you're considering not talented were also great players at the college level.
