Why would you want to handicap your ABs for RttS? I prefer to work the count, not have it be pre-determined.

Edit: After thinking about it, I guess it would help some people draw more walks.

It could help but then I think it could hurt if you come up with a man on 3rd, and you start with a 1-2 count. But as an option, sure why not.

It would move things along if you choose to be a starting pitcher

They've said in the past they didn't have any plans to include quick counts in RTTS because RTTS games already go by fast enough or something along those lines.
