did 2k do something to the shot meter?

I noticed that at random times the meter just doesn't respond the way it should. sometimes it would be fine and suddenly in the middle of the game the shot meter would rise extremely fast making it nearly impossible to get greens or even a good release.

is it just me or did the last patch 2k put out screwed it up?

you guys sure your not just shooting with players who have quick release equipped

Nope. it really does not matter if the player has a quick release or not.
once the glitched shot meter kicks in the game is nearly unplayable.
