Since patch 1.11 is out today on PC, nobody I know is able to join online leagues. As soon as one tries to select a team (even as league creator!) it takes really long to load until it says "team is already taken" - remember: new created league with 0 members.

There's rumors of a hot fix coming but haven't heard anything official yet
