Patriots open as 16-point favorites at home against the Texans. Give me Houston and the points.

This game will be over by halftime. New England in a cake walk.

They made a pretty easy job out of Houston before with a 3rd string QB...

Yeah, give me New England by several miles.

Not liking all of this blowout talk at all. Remember the year the Patriots beat the Jets 45 - 3 in the regular season and then the Jets came into Gillette and hammered them in the playoffs? I'm not saying this is the same thing, but I do not feel comfortable with all of the local confidence...

Could not agree more. Everyone around here is treating this like a damn bye week. The over confidence is making me nerves.

Exactly. The line for this game started at 14.5 and people hit the Pats so far it has ballooned into the 16 you posted. If I was a betting man I would have and hammering the Texans on this one. It's absurd how everyone is treating this game. I think we'll win but it's not gunna 42-18 blowout. I see something like a 24-14 game and it's going to be a hard fought win.
