What are the best sliders for play-it-now and playoff modes

Hey guys, I love playing all the sports video games when they come out
each year and I think I spend as much time changing sliders as I do
playing the actual game. I can't play everyday or at long periods of time
so as a result I find myself never going outside the play-it-now or playoff modes.
I'd like to see which sliders everyone uses or would use for these modes. All the
slider on here seem to be set for gm, career, etc....Let me know what you all think....
